I would look for an attorney that specializes in Paternity/child support in Tulsa Oklahoma. Most family lawyers will give you an intial consultation for no cost.

As others have said I wouldn't waste the money on a lawyer unless there is a bigger issue than just establishing paternity and support. Most of the time, unless they have spent time working in the support agency they are going to contact the agency and ask what needs to be done / filed. This is a service that is offered at your local county agency and you will be able to ask the workers how their process works.

There is a basic calculation for support so it's not really going to benefit you to pay out funds to get the exact same results...

Good Luck!

dont really need one for child support, it all goes by incomes of both parents and # of children in the case. its all cut and dry; if they deny the child(ren), a DNA test may be ordered by the court. if married or name on birth cert, they may not need DNA, child support may be automatically ordered.

custody issues, you DO need one though.
