You can't charge someone with a crime because their kids apply for welfare, and you can't deny someone welfare because they are "suspected" of being illegal or committing a crime. Why are illegals even needing welfare ? This only shows activists believe America are suppose to support and provide 18 years of welfare.food stamps, free college, all entitlements free of charge.

No,I don't agree with the advocates. Sounds like a great plan.
Even though they are technically only receiving benefits for their US citizen children, the illegal parents also benefits from the food stamps, cash assistance and housing.

It sounds nice but it probably won't do anything. You can't charge someone with a crime because their kids apply for welfare, and you can't deny someone welfare because they are "suspected" of being illegal or committing a crime. This is just political posturing.

Bullcrap to racial profiling!! When you are here illegally you shouldn't get out help from our hard-earned money! Become a citizen and work hard like many Americans had to all their life.

simple - just make it so you need to be legally resident in the US for 18 years before you collect any welfare
